Description The RN Clinic Manager is reponsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of assigned clinic. Duties include:

-The direct supervision of clinic staff (RNs, Medical Assistants, Patient Representatives), including scheduling, performance management, and payroll approval.

-Assisting patients, HCCI physicians, and referring physicians to ensure prompt, quality service is provided and any issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

-Nursing/clinical duties as required.

Requirements 7-10 Yrs of RN experience, preferably in Cardiac Care or ICU, with 2-3 yrs of management experience. Must have RN licensure in IL, and be CPR/ACLS certified. GE Centricity Groupcast/IDX experience a huge plus. BSN desired.
