Court Planner I, II
(Hartford)
The Judicial Branch is seeking qualified applicants for the positions of Court Planner I and II to conduct internal investigations, track and analyze the investigations, improve interrelated administrative develop policies and procedures, and perform related duties. Experience in investigations, labor relations, and employment discrimination is desired.
NOTE: This recruitment may be used to fill vacancies in other divisions of the Judicial Branch including the Administrative Services Division Human Resource Management Unit.
Starting salary: $58,610 for Court Planner I and $67,717 for Court Planner II - plus benefits. Applications must be received by November 23, 2009. Requirements
Minimum qualifications for the Court Planner I position: Five years of experience in governmental or regional planning, research and policy analysis, methods and procedures analysis, organizational analysis or a related field. For the Court Planner II position seven years of experience is required. For both positions college training may be substituted for the general experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours equaling ½ year of experience. A Masters degree in a related field may be substituted for the general experience for Court Planner I; and for one additional year of the general experience for Court Planner II. Incumbents may be required to travel in the course of their daily work
