Located in beautiful San Antonio, TX, we provide a full line services including service and installation of bank equipment, vaults, safes, night depositories, safe deposit boxes, drive-in systems, alarms, CCTV and access control systems. With over 200 years of combined experience in the industry, we proudly serve the San Antonio, Austin, South, Central, and West Texas area. Due to growth, we are currently seeking an entry-level Service Call Dispatcher to join our friendly team!
Service Call Dispatcher
In this centralized role, we will rely on you to serve as the sole Service Call Dispatcher for our 16 technicians. You will have the opportunity to dispatch the appropriate service technician to the service calls in addition to the following:

Input customer service calls

Update and maintain service call management software
-
Provide weekly call management reports
-
Assist our Service Manager in managing technician availability and status

Light administrative support as needed for AP/AR and contracts administration (training will be provided)
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of previous dispatching experience, however this is preferred and not required.
Required:

Solid customer service and multi-tasking skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with a team and customers in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work in a team, on a shared objective with a focus on taking care of our customers

High School diploma
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
