Job Description 

Clinical Manager II - Neonatal Transport Team


Each year, thousand of patients come to Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital to receive exceptional care in our 240 bed pediatric and neonatal treatment area and our 62 bed women's care area. 

Our Neonatal Services is home to an 80-bed level III neonatal intensive care unit, Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital is equipped to care for critically ill infants and premature babies born as early as 23 weeks' gestation and weighing as little as one pound. 

Located inside the Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center Campus, our hospital is equipped to meet the needs of women from maternity care to gynecological surgery, as well as the special medical needs of children from birth to adolescence.
 


Job Requirements 

Clinical Manager II - Neonatal Transport Team


1.  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing;
2.  Bachelor's degree or educational plan to complete degree.
3. Completion of management/leadership training programs as designated by the institution within first year of employment.
4. Current State of Texas license/permit to practice professional nursing.
5. Completion of Basic Life Support or other certification based on nursing unit requirements. 6. Three or more years experience in cardiovascular ICU/IMU.
7. One or more years supervisory or management experience.
8. Professional Certification in clinical area or management.
