Description
Rehabilitation Construction Technician
Performs complex technical work in connection with the
implementation of the Authority’s rehabilitation program for
targeted residential and commercial structures, such work to
include: planning, design, cost estimation, inspection and contract
monitoring. A college degree in a related fi eld is required, or in lieu
thereof, course work in construction management or related fi eld
and experience of residential and commercial rehabilitation and
construction work. Valid VA driver’s license. Salary: $34,149.60/yr.
