Job Description 


Physical Therapy Manager

My client is part of one of the larger health systems in East Texas.  They are a non-for-profit system that is made up of an intricate network of hospitals and facilities that help them service the region.  Known for being on the fore front of technology, they have many different care options that other hospitals in the area do not offer.  They have a great, family-like bond throughout the staff and a great working environment..

Currently my client has retained our firm to help them make some huge strides in Therapy Services.  Due to an aggressive service EXPANSION, they have already hired about 15 therapists but still have needs.  This includes a Clinical Managers for an out patient clinic within the network.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has good experience in Physical Therapy to get into management. 





 

Job Requirements 

 

We are open to all levels of experience!  There will be patient care involved with this position on top of the administrative duties.  NO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!  Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or license eligible).
