Description Worldcolor Logistics is seeking an International Data Entry Clerk for our San Antonio, TX facility. 

Worldcolor is a global leader in providing high-value, complete marketing and advertising solutions to leading retailers, catalogers and branded-goods companies, as well as a full-service print solutions provider for publishers.  

The International Data Entry Clerk will co-ordinate import and export freight movements between the US and Mexico.  This position will work with US and Mexican carrier tariffs, as well as US and Mexican custom brokers, and therefore accuracy is very critical.   This position will be required to retrieve shipment status information from the US and Mexican carriers via Internet, telephone or email which will then be entered into the Transoft automated information management system to capture shipment details.  This position will assist in maintaining tariff and carrier information/changes; apply rating exceptions to individual shipments as necessary; entry of new customers/consignees; filing of shipments; data entry; auditing of freight invoices for accuracy; interaction with QWE stations, WC plants, QWE and WC sales representatives to customize freight costs to meet specific their needs.   The ability to multi-task, solve problems, research issues and have good interaction with carriers is a must. This position will work on several logistics platforms using a variety of software tools and procedures, as well as become familiar with the business protocol of doing business in Latin America.  This position will be required as needed to be on-call and work overtime daily, including Saturday.



Requirements

High School Diploma; AA Degree preferred; and one to three years related experience in data entry environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Logistics, specifically international operations helpful.  Experience in cross border transportation, US/Mexican customs procedures is preferred but not required.  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills required in English and Spanish.
