This position consists of a dual role of IT Project Manager / Business Analyst. Issue management & escalation, risk mgt, lead steering committee meetings, dash board, time lines, Will manage projects and the resources attached to that project, but no direct reports. First PM functions, second BA functions & thirdly QA functions.
The IT Project Manager / Business Analyst - Global HR Technology is primarily responsible for the project planning, execution and implementation of technology-enabled solutions to the global Human Resources (HR) organization. In addition to the project management responsibilities, this position will sometimes be responsible for requirements analysis, functional solution design, testing and deployment of technology-enabled solutions to the global HR organization. Partners with the HR community at all levels, from VPs to practitioners, to ensure project objectives are understood. Collaborates with IT and HR management (at the Corporate level and in all regions) to ensure global alignment and consistency. Partners with IT Technical Managers and IT Business Analysts to ensure projects meet stated objectives and are on time and within budget. The right candidate will have extensive experience with the PeopleSoft HCM suite and other ERP systems that streamline HR business processes.
