Title: Recruiting Operations Staffing Administrator

 

Mitchell/Martin Inc. (MMI) a leader in the staffing industry, known for our I.T. consulting practice and recognized for our innovative strategies.   As a result of the rapidly improving job market we are making changes to adapt to the growth of our business.  We are a successful 25 year firm located in midtown NY seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Staffing Administrator to join our team.

 

This Recruiting Operations Staffing Administrator will be responsible for a wide array of responsibilities from assisting our operations team, sales team and our recruiting team.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Streamlining the MMI job boards and job postings daily
  • Assisting with the development of weekly hotlists of candidates and open jobs for our sales and recruiting team
  • Supporting the process for managing our 3rd party partners  
  • Assist in generating weekly metrics reports for our management team
  • Analyze our daily placements for future ROI 
  • Assist in managing our retention program
  • Assist recruiters in managing the VMS portals
  • Assist with our marketing efforts

 

Our ideal candidate will have worked in staffing agency either in an operations recruiting support role or have been a junior recruiter or have worked as a researcher assisting recruiters in a fast pace environment.

Requirements

Skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Staffing Agency side of the business.   We will consider any Agency industry experience; Technology staffing is preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be organized
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Team-oriented
  • Show initiative and be creative
  • Must have a 4yr college degree

Computer skills required:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • Powerpoint
  • Outlook
  • The ideal candidate will have experience using agency staffing software.  Any ATS database experience will be accepted.  If you have experience with Job Diva this would be a huge plus.
