POSITION SUMMARY:
Horizon Health, in partnership with our client War Memorial Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, seeks a dynamic Nurse Manager for our inpatient behavioral health unit. The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients for a 20-bed adult psychiatric unit.
The Nurse Manager also provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit. He/she contributes to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Prefer 2-3 years' management or charge experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting. BSN or MSN preferred. ADN's with substantial management experience will be considered.
