Job Description

Crdentia has an opening for an experienced Payroll Manager in our Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.  This position manages and coordinates the payroll information system.   No phone calls!

 

Job Summary:

 

  • Provide direction and supervision to the payroll staff.
  • Process weekly payroll for multi state locations for all field staff.
  • Process bi-weekly corporate/branch payroll.
  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes using payroll system.
  • Work with branches to ensure accurate payroll.
  • Work with confidential information.

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 yearsExperience as a payroll manager/supervisor with 3 direct reports.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
  • Experience working with Payroll company and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient  knowledge of Excel, Word and various company software packages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle payroll issues efficiently.
