Home Health Managers Needed for the Baltimore area!!!

I am actively seeking Home Health Managers for several of my clients in the Baltimore and Prince George County areas.

I am a Nurse Recruiter in the Permanent Placement Division of CoreMedical Group.  We have been contracted by several very well-respected Home Health Agencies in the area to find them qualified Manager candidates to Manage their Visiting Nurse operations.

What they are looking for:

What is expected of a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health (homecare) Manager, is a Registered Nurse who has at least 3-5 years of Medicare Certified Home Care Experience.  At least 2 years (recent) of this Certified Medicare Home Care experience must be in Leadership (Manager- Supervisor- Educator) This Registered Nurse (RN) professional must possess very strong OASIS Admissions experience, and also be very strong with ICD-9 Coding and Chart Review.

You must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Solid references from your past employers are also very important to this process.  We all know that Home Care Agencies have come and gone, but having your direct supervisors go to bat for you is the piece of the puzzle that will get you a great new job in the area.
