RN, Provider Relations Liaison -
Greater Hartford/Glastonbury/Northern CT Area
Be
part of the dynamic, well established, progressive and community oriented
VNA HealthCare, providing the highest quality home health care to
communities in Hartford and Northern CT This position is vital to the
continued growth of home health care in the communities we serve.
Promote the Agency’s services and products in the local and
professional community; maintain and enhance current relationships;
generate new referral sources. Build relationships by conducting
educational presentations, serving on external committees and making
referral development calls to hospitals, MDs, ALF's, ECF’s and community
agencies.
Position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and
works directly with management, professional, and support staff, external
organizations, and health care networks. Full time position with excellent
benefits including 403B Savings Plan with match.
