Job Description

Service desk providing support to all Marin and Navy across the country.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

-supporting all calls (tier I and II) coming into service desk from around the country

-supporting technologies with roughly an 80% resolution rate – looking for someone who can handle the “rougher, military-type personalities".



Job Requirements

Supporting:

-Internet connectivity

-Active directory

-Microsoft Software suite

-Basic Hardware issues

-VPN troubleshooting

-Basic windows 2000, and XP experience.
-Any Ticketing system
-Internet Explorer, know how file system is organized

-Support over the intranet

-Great customer service

 

-ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

-ability to deal with military type personality

-any support Certs a PLUS
