Express Employment Professionals has in immediate need for a Business Developer who has the drive and desire to be a Branch Manager for our San Diego, CA office.

This role is a Branch Manager in Training role with the focus on sales and account development. This person is responsible for planning, organizing, and implement sales strategies that promote the continuous, successful presence and growth of the branch within the franchise territory.

Job Requirements 

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales preferably in the staffing industry
The desire to manage and/or own a staffing business
The aptitude to build relationships
The desire to work in an open, collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field suggested, or equivalent education and experience in business, sales, customer service, or public relations


Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commission, and full benefits package
