Description Willl assist the Business Development, Technical Sales/Marketing and Engineering teams with technical and commercial support during the bid and proposal cycle with customers in the power generation industry(turbine/mechanical). Project bids are in the $1-300MM range. Will support contract negotiations and engineering. Develop risk analysys and mitigation, cash flow, schedule and costing information. Deadline requirments will be tight. Large multi-billion dollar international corporation with North American headquarters located in Houston. Will travel 25% meeting customers, vendors, sub-contractors, etc. Ability to be promoted into the Director role.

Requirements

5+ years of Experience within a large corporation

power plant construction bid and proposal experience for multiple projects

BS-Technical Degree Preferred or equivalent experience

Strong estimating experience with leadership and customer interface
