Job Description

THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED AND AVAILABLE ASAP.

One of our clients is seeking a full time receptionist on a temp-hire basis. The ideal candidate must be able to answer a multi-line phone while completing other clerical tasks, such as spread sheets, and scheduling. The receptionist is responsible for greeting customers and clients as they enter the office in a professional manor. Not only do they have to be professional but also personable and local to the office in Hartford. This position is a temp-hire position with room for promotion within the company.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of receptionist experience and/or customer service.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

This candidate must have a strong work ethic and backbone. We are looking for someone that works well underpressure and can mutli task.
