An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional, with excellent customer relationship skills and direct experience in the audio-visual, broadcast and videoconferencing industry, to join our team of sales, technical and administrative professionals in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities include partnering with our experienced Engineering Team to design and sell mission critical and high profile integrated audiovisual, videoconferencing and broadcast systems. TWG Account Executives (AE) are expected to be the single point of contact for business development and the overall escalation point for project performance, requiring excellent communication, task management and organizational skills, in addition to industry experience and up to date product knowledge.

Requirements
 

* A minimum of 5 years direct sales experience including managing high profile client relationships.
* A minimum of 3 years in the audiovisual, videoconferencing or broadcast fields.
* Ability to market and develop business opportunities with limited support or daily direction.
* A strong familiarity of the local marketplace for TWG target product and services.
* Current familiarity with commercial audiovisual, videoconferencing and broadcast manufacturers of equipment, including some direct training.
* ICIA InfoComm Certified preferred.
* Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong ability to close business, securing orders under acceptable company terms and margins.
* Strong computer skills including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Internet, etc.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Good math skills, including calculation of gross profit margins and markup.
* Team player.
* Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual.
