A nationally recognized collection agency in south central Phoenix is currently looking for Experienced and Confident 3rd Party and Charge Off Debt Collectors
Recovery Specialist will focus on collecting deficient Auto Loans, Credit Card, Cell Phone Accounts, and Specialty Consumer Loans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, stable collection work history, and the ability to determine and implement proven and successful recovery settlement techniques.

Requirements
The following qualifications is required:

A minimum of 2-3 years of recent and stable experience in 3rd party/charge off debt collections.

Experience with dialers

Excellent Negotiating techniques

Exemplary Skip Tracing skills

Excellent Communication skills
-
Must pass drug and background screenings
