Academic Dean

We are seeking candidates for the Academic Dean position at our Indianapolis campus.  This person will be responsible for ensuring students are trained for employment by developing skills through administration of all programs and curriculum.  Some of these duties include managing the Assistant Academic Dean and all Program Directors, providing leadership to the education team of the campus, ensuring compliance with all accrediting bodies, managing all faculty at the college, assisting in the development of the curriculum, ensuring the campus is providing students with effective academic and personal counseling, as well as following up with student’s attendance, and administering school policies and procedures.  All functions are performed with the objective of enhancing student retention and student services.
