Collections Account Representative


Collections Account Representative's Summary :

Positions available for an account representative with an established law firm with a portion of its practice in commercial and consumer collections. Only those with experience need apply. Age of receivables is less than one year.
Requirements ForĀ This JobĀ :

  • Candidates must be able to operate in a fast paced environment, and have strong Excel and CPU skills.
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of regulations relating to collection laws and FDCPA.
  • This person must have a true "Go-Getter" personality and experience working in a high volume setting.
  • Also required will be 3-5 years of collections and skip-tracing experience.
  • Candidates must be computer literate, detail oriented, possess good communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Candidates must have word processing and spreadsheet experience.
