Description

In this role, you will be providing technical support for internal employees of one of the world's largest international law firms. We are searching for a service-oriented technical support specialist with experience working in a professional services call center environment.

Requirements The successful candidate will have the following background and skill:

Minimum of three (3) years experience supporting MS Word and outlook at a very advanced level.
Two (2) years experience supporting users on Document Management Systems
Ability to resolve user problems with applications, network connectivity and hardware in a timely and accurate manner.
Prior experience working with a ticketing system to record and escalate interactions.
Knowledge of networking concepts and hardware.
Ability to successfully troubleshoot Citrix, Active Directory and PDAs.
Exceptional customer service skills and judgement.
Must be flexible to work overtime, at different shifts, and be able to travel on occasion.
Strong communications skills and proven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Must be highly detail oriented.

Ideal candidate will also have:

MCP or A+ certification
Law Firm technical support experience.
