Job Description:
Westminster Village is seeking a Facilities Management Director responsible for providing a safe and attractive environment for residents and employees. Position responsible for assuring efficient functioning of all campus electrical, utility and mechanical systems and physical structures. Oversees and manages environmental services personnel. Negotiates environmental services-related contracts. Manages all campus renovation and new construction projects. Serves as campus Safety Officer.

EOE Job Requirements:
Minimum of five years environmental services management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated understanding of physical plant equipment, systems and operations. General understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry and vehicle maintenance. CDL license preferred. Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations, ordinances and standards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
