Description Steverson Accounting Professionals has an opportunity for a Fixed Asset or Inventory Accountant capable of being able to perform the following:

1. Prepare routine depreciation entries and input the fixed asset systems, account reconciliations, and providing additional resources for analysis and review of the various internal activities.

2. Support the SAP fixed asset system

3. Prepare the capital and fixed asset transactions, including additions, depreciation, disposals retirements, and impairments

4. Properly account for fixed assets, inventory, Goodwill, intangible assets and other accounts as assigned

5. Assist in the inventory calculations and review of inventory

6. Ensure timely and accurate month-end close reporting

Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting
Capable of proactive problem solving and developing creative solutions
Able to work effectively both as a team member and independently
3-5 years accounting experience, mix public and private accounting preferred
CPA preferred
Previous experience with large ERP Finance system (SAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
