Description

Leading medical devices company is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to troubleshoot production processes and implement process improvements in the manufacture of medical devices. The Sr. Process Engineer will serve in a leadership role to provide technical expertise in the planning and implementation of highly technical new processes as well as qualifying manufacturing processes for new or existing products. This company is expanding its R&D of new medical products. The Sr. Process will play a key role in bringing those new products into production and into the marketplace.

Requirements

BS in engineering, preferably mechanical, materials science, chemical, or biomedical
7+ years of experience as a process engineer with a career showing increasing responsibility
Experience in designing, specifying, fabricating, assembling and validating manufacturing processes
Extensive experience with electronic equipment and tools in lab testing, inspection system, hydralics, pneumatics and electrical circuits
Thorough knowledge of statistical techniques, and FDA process validation, GMP and FDA regulations
