General Manager Duties: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of management and hourly staff, having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. The General Manager will be hands on and have a "lead by example" management style. Reviews all scheduling of hourly staff to ensure goals will be met in meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.
