Requirements

Our MSA HR Capital practice is looking for survey analysts to assist in our opinion and compensation survey business. The Survey Analysts contribute to the Survey Team in processing all surveys, to include employee, leadership, and physician opinion surveys, HR audits, national and regional compensation surveys and other customized surveys requested by clients.  The Analysts are integral in every step of the survey process, to include pre-survey meetings, survey design, survey analysis and production and are a resource for Consultants during client on-site visits and consultative discussions. 

 

Specifically, the Analysts work with consultants to develop and execute survey plans for current and prospective surveys including product design and content development, data needs, communication to client and participant organizations, schedule and timeline, quality assurance measures and distribution plans.  Duties include: assembling, analyzing, and evaluating client data from electronic and paper survey instruments, storing data in our proprietary databases, conducting analysis, producing a final data report and communication to coworkers and clients.   Survey Analysts will verify data integrity and exercise knowledge of statistical analysis and survey techniques to improve the process and produce valid conclusions. 

 

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and experience;  an advanced degree is strongly desired.  Minimum of 1-3 years solid experience in a business setting including exposure to project management.   Experience with survey process analysis and statistical data collection techniques and healthcare industry experience is preferred.  Candidates must have advanced computer skill in MS Excel, Access, Word and SPSS, with some experience in web-based applications and knowledge of database applications preferred.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and must be customer service oriented -- able to maintain open, professional communications with internal and external clients, responding to consultant and client requests in a timely manner.  The ideal candidate must be very organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines, analytical, have strong math skills, a high energy level, and the ability to take ownership and initiative to accomplish tasks independently.
