The Retention Representative is responsible for saving and retaining customers requesting to disconnect service. Representatives will interface with our Sales, Network and Customer Operations market contacts to resolve the customer’s account and product issues if necessary. The Retention Representative is responsible to identify, resolve, and follow-up on all open issues. A Retention Representative will speak to approximately 50 customers per day and is responsible for meeting monthly performance objectives.

* sales experience in a quota driven environment. ( Collections, Retention, Auto Sales, Insurance Sales, Phone Sales (Retail or Call Center), Retention Experience, Commission based sales etc...)
* 1-3 years Customer Service Experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs
* Desire to excel in a performance driven environment which drives financial success!
