Job Description 

 Case Manager

Learning Services Corporation (www.learningservices.com), a national provider of residential rehab and supported living programs for adults with acquired brain injuries, is seeking a qualified Case Manager to join our team in Lakewood, CO.

 

The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional.  A Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology and a CCM certification is preferred, along with 2-5 years practical exp.  Brain Injury experience is also a plus!
