MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the executive management team to set the company’s long-term market strategy, leading us on a path to growth in both existing and new markets
• Take the lead in implementing our strategy, working with sales, engineering, and operations
• Collaborate with the management, marketing, and sales organizations at strategic customers to spur development (B2B) and market acceptance of new programs
• Lead initiatives to adapt business processes to changing market and customer needs
• Set product sourcing strategies, business plan development.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and visit end users of NTN products

SKILL/EXPERIENCE:

• Leadership and teamwork skills – Ability to lead a team of diverse individuals
• 5-7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superb analytical skills
• Ability to look at markets from multiple viewpoints and different levels of detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
• Proven B2B experience.
