Job Description

Support Business Promotion Team Function.

    • Gathering some kinds of data through running data gathering system and contacting business departments.
    • Consolidations of key performance indicator and other information.
    • Preparation of monthly loans and deposits balance and derivative transaction report.
    • Preparation of Monthly pipeline list.
    • Support for coordinating various meeting such as semi-annual General Managers meeting.
    • Other business promotion team functions

Document, review and monitor regulatory as well as financial reports.

    • Preparation of applications for various position limits (FOREX, Securities Investment, Foreign Currency Money.)
    • Reporting of securities self-assessment.
    • Documentation of periodic dividend information of subsidiaries.

Providing supports for the Bank’s Intranet/Internet Initiative.

    • Administration of Intranet/Internet sites updates and access controls.

Administration of supports for Corporate Planning Group as a whole.

 
Job Requirements

Skills Required

Middle or advanced level of excels skills.

    • Knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF and Pivot table is necessary.
    • Producing macro is appreciated ability.
  • Good communication and self-starter.
