Description

Top HVAC Mechanical firm is searching for a DDC Controls Sales person for their office in Northern California.

The ideal person will be highly energetic and enthusiastic who will develop existing and new customers for applied equipment controls.
The Controls Sales Engineer will manage and grow an assigned territory or group of accounts. Will sell to building owners, consulting engineers and contractors. Will develop long term relationships with customers in order to build partnering relationships. Will achieve annual sales and gross margin targets while coordination with other team member to maximize sales coverage.

Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Engineering discipline preferred.

Requirements Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

Minimimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Excellent understanding of commercial applied HVAC systems

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of HVAC codes and standards

Strong interpersonal communication skills
