Description The Field Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of field training programs for Massage Envy Regional Developers and Franchisees Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides ongoing training, support and coaching for Regional Developers and Franchisees both remotely (via telephone and webinars) and in the field in the areas of sales, operations, IT and customer service
  • Visits clinics and implements field training programs in assigned areas as scheduled
  • Develops written reports based on field observations; communicates any specific issues noted to department heads
  • Follows-up with assigned regions to facilitate resolution to customer complaints
  • Ensures the materials to support field training programs are available and up to date on the Massage Envy intranet
  • Communicates new training programs to appropriate internal members of the corporate team prior to system-wide distribution
  • Works closely with curriculum and e-learning manager to ensure materials and online programs are developed for all field training initiatives
  • Ensures what’s being trained in the field and franchise training is unified and cohesive
  • Facilitates monthly conference calls with regional trainers to ensure they are calibrated on current training programs

  • Achieve desired ROI on all programs delivered
  • Professionally facilitates field training programs that promote operational excellence and brand standards
  • Monitors clinic and regional performance; makes recommendations based on progress assessment for field training initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Solid coaching/consulting skills
  • Prior management or training experience a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and partnering skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products
  • Able to travel 50% to 75%
