Description

A local Home Health Care Agency is seeking a Contract Analyst. This position will facilitate contract negotiation efforts between the agency, managed care organization or other contracting entities.

Primary responsibilities include facilitating/negotiating payor contracts for acquisitions and all services at market competitive rates, educating agencies about payor contracts, financial analysis of all contract proposals, communication with all involved parties regarding establishment of a new managed care contract, revision of contract terms or termination of a managed care contract and assisting agencies with the implementation of new service contracts.

Requirements Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, three years of experience in the healthcare or insurance fields with a minimum of one year of experience in managed care and the ability to comprehend/analyze information regarding contracts and other business agreements.
