ClinForce is currently seeking a
Clinical Contract Specialist for Durham, NC.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Draw up contracts and work with Legal to assure appropriate language in all sections of the contracts. The Contract Specialist will assist the Legal department assuring that the content of the contract protects the company in the execution of the document. He/She will negotiate with sites to achieve a mutually agreed contract.
- Assure that confidentiality agreements are in place with potential contracting institutions prior to disclosure of documents or conversations that are confidential in nature dealing with clinical trial activity.
- Request and collect appropriate clinical trial regulatory documents from the investigational sites and interact with the IRBs to submit complete IRB required document packages.
