CentraCare Kidney Program at St. Cloud Hospital now has an opening for a full-time Dialysis Educator. In this new position, you will mentor staff to a higher level of clinical competence, professional practice and critical thinking through use of research and evidence-based practice. You will assist leadership with orientation, education and evaluation of staff performance.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.   Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with nursing expertise in Dialysis area.  Minimum of two years experience teaching adults and with demonstration of competency in organizational, leadership, time management, informational technology, oral and written communication skills.
