Chief Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) Engineer.

 

This position could be based on Denver (Littleton) CO or our headquarters in Ashburn, VA offices depending on the candidates preference.

Job Requirements 

  • Proven experience (10+ years) developing spacecraft Attitude Determination and Control subsystems (hardware and software), from conceptual design through integration, test, and on-orbit support.
  • Extensive knowledge of spacecraft dynamics, control theory, and simulation of attitude control performance. 
  • Proven ability to lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced space system development environment
  • The position requires a MS or BS in Engineering or physics with a focus on Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of C and Matlab programming are essential.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Government Security Clearance a plus.
