Job Description

Location: Pleasanton, California

Shift - must be flexible

6-12 month contract to hire


Network Operation Center (NOC)
Vendor help desk, work summary:

 

  • Use Granite to view circuit path and channels to get details about 3G & 2G sites (RNC, BSC, GSM site name…)
  • Enter Action Request (TT) number or site ID in CTS (or Remedy) to pull up the action Request details.
  • Verify if the site is up or down and if alarms exist in OSS (both 2G & 3G).
  • Update details into the “Work done" field of Action Request (TT).
  • Block and unblock a site if requested during the maintenance window.
  • Complete daily Microsoft Excel-Activity Report.
