Intermountain Electronics Inc., a rock-solid company that has an unparalleled reputation in the industry designing, engineering and manufacturing sophisticated, custom electrical distribution and control equipment is seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team in the Grand Junction, CO office. Our company serves multiple business sectors such as: underground and surface mining, refineries, oil and gas, tunneling, power generation, utilities, municipalities, and government.
Job Duties:
Selling Capital Equipment & Products from Distributors
Develop assigned sales territory
Growing and maintaining accounts
Building and sustaining strong customer relationships
Identifying new sales / service opportunities within the territory
Interacting with internal company resources to achieve goals
Call on accounts throughout your territory
Solve problems and create value for clients
Build relationships at all levels of the customers’ organization
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in business-to-business industrial sales with demonstrated track record of success.
· Working knowledge of electrical equipment applications in mining industry, oil and gas, utilities municipalities
· Current industry contacts
· Working knowledge of electrical equipment applications in mining industry, oil and gas, utilities municipalities
· Strong analytical and planning abilities
· Exceptional written, oral communication, organization, and presentation skills
· Computer Literate – Microsoft Office Products, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Position requires up to 75% travel
