Job Description 

Tri-Starr Personnel is  looking for aMedical Direct Hire Recruiter - Staffing Specialist with 2+ years of staffing industry experience with in the past 5 years. 

We are looking for a Professional Recruiter who can handle a fast paced environment to work in our Medical Staffing Company.
  

  • Recruiter/Staffing Specialist will utilizes innovative means of recruiting candidates
  • Ensure client retention through building trust and rapport.  
  • Interviews and maintains documentation of all employee, client and work order computer files according to company's standards.
  • Performs comprehensive search for qualified applicants via database and outside recruiting sources.
  • Develop a high activity action plan to market available employees to existing and expected clients in order to contribute to revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Contact clients on a daily basis to review qualified candidates and to ensure they are satisfied with the performance of newly placed individuals. 
  • Can demonstrate  the various type of recruiting methods.
  • Can demonstrate  outside the box thinking for recruiting efforts .
  • Can demonstrate the ability to manage your time in staffing various open positions.
  • Can demonstrate networking abilities.
  • Can demonstrate the types of involvement with outside organizations.
  • Can demonstrate previous success recruiting strategies. 
  • Can demonstrate a history of developing strong business relationships.

 

 

 


Job Requirements 

High School diploma or G.E.D. Also college training or degree preferred. Two+ years related or staffing Industry experience. Excellent communication skills -- proficient in verbal and written skills. Ability to learn quickly Tri-Starr's range of services and product offerings. Computer knowledge of M/S Word, Windows, Excel. Looking for individuals with positive attitudes.

In order to be considered for this position you MUST have the following:

 

  • Must have Staffing Industry experience, minimum of 2 years.

  • Must have recruiting experience, minimum of 2 years.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Must be able to recruit and place candidates in a quick and efficient manner.

  • Communication Skills - Interviewing, written and verbal.

  • High Level of Professional Presentation and Demeanor.

  • No more than 3-4 jobs in the past 10 years.

  • Passionate, self driven and self managed.

  • Can manage a multitude of projects constantly indentifying top priorities on a daily basis.

  • Has sales (inside/outside) experience and feels comfortable cold calling.

  • Comfortable speaking with top hiring decision makers in a corporate environment.

  • Likes to be involved in outside community organizations.

  • Has a history of developing strong business relationships.
