JOB PURPOSE: Manages the health center and assisted living admissions as well as assists in Independent Living sales process. Responsibilities guide the admissions process to ensure 24/7 inquiry responsiveness; strong customer, referrer and payer satisfaction; a positive public image; maximization of revenue; and achievement of census goals.  Completes health center touring, application, screening and sales process with potential residents, families and referral sources.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, preferred. Minimum of two years experience in sales, marketing or customer service, preferably in the health care field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel required. Proven record of effective admissions and sales, preferably with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. Must be reliable, have exemplary follow up, communications skills, and overall professionalism.  Must relate well to employees, residents and visitors.
