Responsible for the following: Bulk and packaged inventory reconciliation between SAP and actual physical counts. Ensure and maintain accurate SAP inventory balances. Provide support and train plant personnel on inventory related items. Identify and rectify incorrect or inaccurate practices in inventory taking and recording. Review Material and Overhead Variances on a weekly basis to ensure errors are corrected in SAP. Instruct production personnel to identify and eliminate recurring errors on process orders and provide refresher/update training in SAP entry when necessary. Weekly and monthly production close processes, as directed and prioritized. Prepare information to complete Plant Financial reporting requirements as instructed, including any accrual entries, utility journal entries and other re-class entries. Assist the plant in identifying Cost Savings Initiatives. Monitor, reconcile and report Consigned Material balances to NF and/or customers as instructed. Plant Expense Budget preparation, Special Tax Reporting and any special projects or reporting as directed.~cb~Required Experience
