Job Description

Need 1 Sr. Financial Analyst and 1 Financial Analyst immediately:

Responsibilities will include:
  • Program/Project Controller
  • Create and analyze ETA’s / ETC’s
  • Variance Analysis (Labor, Material Purchases, Level of Effort, Staffing Variances)
  • Pricing / Modifications – Cost proposal experience.
  • Profitability & Scenario Analysis
  • DSO calculation/understanding
  • Must have worked on Accruals
  • Track monthly actual burn rates and provide monthly projections.
  • Track project costs and commitments – ensure that we are not exceeding our funded ceiling
  • Must have large program financial experience ($50M and above)
  • Project Set Up (T&M, FFP, CPFF, T&M)
  • Revenue Formulas
  • Labor Reports
  • Fund Risk Analysis
  • Peoplesoft is plus
  • Proficient with excel; must be proficient with pivot table and v-lookup
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree… Master degree is optional
  • They must be on the direct side (program) rather than indirect side (overhead)…
  • Critical and analytical thinking are must
  • The candidate must be eligible to receive a secret level clearance.
