Reporting to the Group Leader Bioassay/Microbiology, this person will work in a collaborative Research and Development setting to conduct microbial studies for product development work in home care and water purification. This position will be involved in claim substantiation for Home Care products and the assessment of drinking water treatment devices, and new microbial method development. - Proficiency with environmental microbiology, and related microbiological techniques (i.e. virology)

- Strong interpersonal and cross collaborative communication skills
- A self organizer and demonstrated leadership in a team oriented environment
