Duties & Responsibilities
This job is located in Clear Lake, Texas and supports the Constellation Space Suit (CSSS) program. This position is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project. Must interface with Integrated Product Team managers, functional group managers and teammates to define and acquire schedule status information that feeds into the IMS. Work with the Lead Project Scheduler to assess and document percent complete status of issued work packages and subcontractor task orders. Update the IMS on a weekly basis and support the preparation of schedule status reports and schedule variance reports on a monthly basis for management reviews.

Qualifications

BS or BA plus 3 years scheduling experience. Strong MS Project and Integrated Master Schedule experience required with Primavera scheduling experience a plus. Experience with resource loaded schedules and Government Earned Value Management reporting preferred.
Must have the ability to gather and analyze schedule data in a fast paced changing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are also important. Must have an excellent working knowledge of establishing and maintaining resource loaded MS Project Schedules and associated project management aspects including tasks allocated by WBS, OBS, and cost control accounts. Prefer experience in the following: 3 years Microsoft Project; MatrixONE or Enovia PLM applications; formal Earned Value Management (EVM) system; NASA or NASA contractor experience; ERP, MRP knowledge.
