Description Job Details:

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities and participating in meeting the educational needs related to patient care service. Facilitates ongoing professional development of the staff to a higher level of performance to provide safe, efficient and timely delivery of care. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Master's degree in education, nursing or public health preferred.
Licensure: Current Tennessee RN, APN, or APN-Pres license or Compact State License required. BLS Healthcare Provider required. Certification in clinical specialty preferred.

Looking for someone that has between 3-5 years critical care experience.
