Kelly Engineering Resources is currently looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Audubon, PA
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Must be able to guide civil/geotechnical design engineering practice including performance of advanced numerical analyses; the design of new or rehabilitation of dams, levees and canals; development of design documents; cost estimating; and providing engineering support during construction.
EDUCATION: - Bachelor's Degree (minimum), Master's Degree preferred. - P.E. (minimum) or equivalent licensure as appropriate; specialty certifications preferred. - Must possess thorough working knowledge of intra-practice technology & intra-practice software.
The selected candidate should possess: - 8 to 20 years progressive engineering and project management experience in the evaluation, design and construction of embankment and concrete dams, appurtenant structures, canals, levees, and tunnels. - Experience with risk and reliability assessments & failure modes analysis also desirable. - Design and analysis experience with geotechnical engineering programs including GeoStudio Suite, SHAKE, PLAXIS and FLAC; Experience with COM624, LPILE, FB DEEP, and DRIVEN also a plus.
