It has 305 inpatient beds in medicine, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology, psychiatry, and medical and surgical critical care units. The hospital maintains an educational partnership with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons for its teaching programs in internal medicine, family practice, psychiatry, obstetrics/gynecology and surgery.

Job Description:
Provides expertise to all areas of the department to enhance all receivable activity with major focus on insuring claims are paid by third party payers.. Supervises the daily workflow of the team and assists the Patient Account Manager in meeting the department’s objectives and implementing new procedures and/or programs.
Qualification:
Two years college, and/or two years prior equivalent experience in a Business and/or Financial is setting required. Computer literacy in PC environment is required with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
