Job Description
In this exciting and very visible role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will support PTC’s Corporate Vice President of Finance as well as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Additionally, he or she will work closely with, and provide back-up support to other key Executive Assistants. A key aspect of the role is to provide comprehensive calendar and travel management. Qualified candidates should be fully capable of completing the tasks related to their job independently.

Other Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing calendars by scheduling appointments
  • Interacting with internal and external parties
  • Screening and responding to incoming calls for SVP and/or DVP
  • Coordinating and planning internal and external meeting logistics using audio and web software such as PlaceWare, MeetingPlace, Group Meetings
  • Ensuring expense reports and purchase orders are completed accurately, within budget limits and approved in the system
  • Arranging offsite meetings and social events

    Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on projects and provide resolutions to problems of limited to moderately complex scope
  • Ability to use judgment within defined practices and procedures
  • Willingness to contribute to various departmental goals and objectives.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience supporting Executive level professionals
