Job Description
Oakwood currently has an opening for an Assistant District Manager. As an Assistant District Manager, you will develop the housing inventory, maximize the potential of our sales staff and process, and evolve all areas of operations including customer service and administration. The Assistant District Manager's successful leadership abilities will provide career progression as our company continues to grow.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
�Assist the DM in recruiting, interviewing, and training qualified staff
�Oversee sales activity and marketing functions as directed by DM
�Monitor all operations (i.e., accounting, administrative, collections)
�Assist the DM with preparation of budgets
�Maintain vendor relationships and negotiations
�Walk units for quality control
�Review income and expenses for accuracy
�Supervise ITV program to ensure inventory control
�Prepare sales and administrative reports
�Ensure inventory levels are managed
�Review and approve credit worthy accounts
�Regular communication with National Processing Center as it relates to receivables
�Communicate with clients as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
�Attend client, networking and vendor functions
�Mentor and train newly-hired employees in the district
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
�6-10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
�Hospitality Degree preferred
�Hotel or Service industry experience preferred
�Must have experience managing multiple site locations in an Area or Regional role.
�Ability to organize and supervise the multifaceted operation and meet client deadlines
�Ability to use computer programs such as Word, Excel, Internet and OTIS
�Previous experience in fast paced service industry with emphasis on C5
�Availability to relocate anywhere in the United States
